Sparkle for New Year's Eve
I wanted to put together a few staple ideas to help make your New Year's Eve sparkle! Everything listed is super affordable and under $60.00. Sequins, glitter and sparkles are a MUST to ring in 2012, but be subtle...don't over do it...less is always more! And leave the knee boots and flats at home...this is the night for HEELS!! Glam it up...Because Shanna Said So! Cheers!
