I am linking up today with {av} at {long distance loving} for My Friday's Fancies. This week's theme is Spring Fever.
Who cares that the silly old groundhog saw his shadow and that we {supposedly} have 6 more weeks of Winter. If you live in Texas {Austin to be exact} you know that it has felt much like early Spring here, heck maybe even early Summer. We had sunny skies and 85 degree temps on Tuesday. I am so ready for everything associated with Spring; bluebonnets, the Easter Bunny, longer days, green grass, tanner legs and most of all the clothes!
I found a few pictures that inspired me to put together a warmer, no sweaters allowed, outfit that I hope "tickles your fancy".

A vintage, boho look is one of my favorites because it looks effortless and "real". The beauty behind it is that you can easily create this look for pennies on the dollar by thrifting or inheriting items from your Mother and Grandmothers' wardrobe. I have been lucky enough to get handed down some pieces that look just as amazing today as they did when my Granny wore them in her hay day!
*Side note: I lusted over these wedges from Mod Cloth and was waiting for them to go on sale. Just my luck, they are sold out!! BAH!!! That' what I get. At least I can stare at them and imagine them on my not-so-pretty feet!
