I may not have won the Mega Millions on Friday, but I was lucky enough to win this BaubleBar necklace. When I opened the unexpected email from Jessica with Here and Now announcing that I was her big winner, I thought, "Who, Moi? A winner? No way!"
Okay, I must admit I wasn't too surprised, but ecstatic nonetheless. Not surprised? Why, you ask? Well, I do have a tendency of winning things. I have never won a blog giveaway, but I do seem to scoop up quite a few radio station prizes. I recently scored a pair of meet and greet concert tickets for one of my favorite bands. I am one of those radio stalkers that will call in for EVERY SINGLE possible contest. Persistence pays off...believe me! You should try it sometime.

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. I was finally able to kick back, relax by the pool and soak up some much needed sun. Austin was bright and shiny all weekend with temperatures hitting almost 90 degrees. Needless to say, I am a little crispy and slightly over-cooked.
