Before I begin with today's chit chat, I wanted to let you know that I am over at Sarah's blog talking about myself. Yes, I realize that sounds really shallow. I have been eyeing and quite honestly, lusting over the black and white polka dot top from J.Crew. Being the budget shopper I am, I couldn't bring myself to spend $88.00 for it. I have checked their website at least 3-4 times per week, hoping that I would find it on sale. No such luck. Now it seems that it's no longer available.
Well, have no fear and shed no tear. I found it's twin for less than half the price at Francesca's. I walked in and there it was, hanging on the rack waiting just for me. How sad is it that when I united with this little treasure it completely made my heart do flip flops? I know, pretty dang sad. I swear, it looks almost identical to the one at J.Crew. Did I mention that is was only $38.00?!? Finding fab deals like this, is one thing I can proudly say I am a master of. Yes, I am tooting my own horn. Thank you.
So, have you seen the J.Crew top that I am talking about? If so, what do you think? Isn't the one I am wearing it's long lost twin?

I love the top! I am planning a little shopping trip to Francescas either today or tomorrow. I haven't shopped in a real store in my city in probably 5-6 months. All of my shopping has been online or in another city!

I think is looks pretty darn similar. The J. Crew store near me did have the blouse on sale...but only in size 00. I was not confident that was going to fit.

A Francescas just opened up in our mall, you know.. the one 25 miles from my house, haha. BUT I can't WAIT to get there! I visited one while in Pheonix and wanted to spend all day {and all my $$$} in there!

I TOTALLY know which top you are talking about. I also have been wanting it, but couldn't pay the price and am so sad it is gone. I have looked for it on ebay, but it is only $10 cheaper. I LOVE it's twin and totally thought it was Jcrew! I wish I could get it online. So jealous! You look awesome.
