A few things I picked up this weekend:
1. Sephora "Blinged Out" palette. I usually never stray from Urban Decay shadows, but I really liked the colors in this one and it was only $15.00. Funny story...I didn't even realize this set came with a lip gloss and blush slide out tray until I inserted the link in this post. Double score!!
2. I was looking for stocking stuffers at Rue 21 for my girls and randomly came across these studded oxfords. They were marked down to almost nothing and I just couldn't pass them up. So comfy and they remind of "jazzed" up jazz shoes.
3. I hopped online early Saturday morning and scoop up this Tracy Reese top from the Target and Neiman Marcus collaboration. I ordered it in two sizes and I am hoping at least one of them fits. Lots of people said this top is gorgeous on the hanger, but not so much when they tried it on. Here's to hoping.
4. Thanks, Jes for posting a picture of mint Kit-Kats on Instagram. The person that created this amazing combo should win some sort of brilliant award. Put them in the freezer and you can thank Jes and I later. I found them at World Market.

So, I posted the picture on the left on Instagram. It was a little Friday evening "mommy juice" by the tree with a princess cup. Well, come to find out, I am not the only Mommy that pours a little "juice" in their children's cups. A good friend of mine posted similar cocktail pictures on Instagram. I think we might just start some sort of Friday night club.

Saturday was the Annual Christmas Stroll in Georgetown, Texas. It takes place at the City Square and we look forward to it ever year. We have been posing with the same Santa for the past seven years. They have a parade, tons of booths, a Bethlehem Village, food trailers and live music all day. If you live in the area and have never been, make sure to put it on your list next year.

Yes, more Christmas stuff. This year the City of Round Rock started the first Rock'N Light Holiday Tour at Old Settler's Park. It is FREE and we ooh'd and ahh'd through the whole thing. This will definitely become a yearly tradition for us.

And, Sunday, while I was sick in bed all day, Ross spent the entire afternoon finishing up the lights and decor for the outside of our house. Thanks, hun, for being such a trooper today and letting me curl up under the covers while you worked away.
Okay, I wasn't very witty or charming today. I kinda kept it to the point. I've been struck with a fever, tummy ache, sore throat, feel like hell kind of bug. So, if you will excuse me, I am going to take a hot bath, drink some Gatorade, eat some chicken noodle soup and go snuggle under the covers in my poodle PJs.
Don't forget about the chance to win $30 Shop Credit to Gallery Boutique. Have you entered yet?
