My body and brain are having a little bit of confusion because the green grass, sunny skies, light breeze and brisk temps that are currently happening in Austin. Could it be the first signs of spring or early fall? Regardless, I am as excited as a kid with a Happy Meal to finally wear a scarf. It's been since I don't know when that I have been able to wear one. If you have been reading for awhile, you know how much this girl loves a good piece of fabric around the 'ole neck.
The cool front came swooping through on Saturday afternoon while we were at the deer lease. It was glorious. So, as soon as we got back home on Sunday, I got "dressed" and we enjoyed the crisp air, got snow cones (who would of thought), strolled around downtown and grabbed some dinner outdoors, all without sweating. Texas, it's about time you got up to speed. Now, can you stick around for a while? No? I didn't think so. You are such a fair weathered friend.
Is your state bi-polar when it comes to weather? I think my Florida and California people know what I am talking about. You would think we would all be used to it by now.
