If it looks like I am beyond happy in the photo above it's because I am. As we all know yesterday was the first day of spring and the weather here didn't disappoint. Another miraculous day for outside trampoline jumping, dog walking and a little wine on the patio. Life is good. So good. This is the time of year when life comes alive...at least in my eyes.

I told you guys that I would be doing some traveling over the next couple of weeks. I have been chomping at the bits to spill the beans on my first adventure. I am heading to L.A. on Tuesday for an event with Neutrogena. I was asked to become one of their ambassadors and I humbly accepted. EEEEK! Neutrogena is hosting a two day Skin Health Summit at their headquarters. They haven't given me too many agenda details, but one thing I do know for sure, "special" ambassador(s) will be there along with mind blowing accommodations. Pinch me, please. I am beyond grateful and a ball of nerves at this moment in time. Make sure to follow on Instagram next week and I will be sure to post a recap as soon as possible. I have been playing around with outfit planning, trying to figure out what the heck I am going to wear. The theme is "trendy casual" accompanied by a cocktail party Tuesday night. Lately, I've been drawn to full midi skirts and decided I would try out this number posted today. I cannot tell a lie. I didn't actually wear this all day, but I did wear it and numerous others throughout the day, trying to decide what I am going to fold up in my suitcase. I am positive that a few midi skirts, floral patterns and open-toed heels will be part of the haul (possibly a crop top or two). Did I just say that? Yes, I gave in and mustered up the nerve to purchase a few.
I am going to enjoy the weekend with my sweet family, head to a Bollywood Ball, celebrate the birthday of one my best friends, catch up on emails, breathe and enjoy this moment in life. These type of opprtunities don't come around very often. I need to remember to embrace it and not stress myself out into a full-on face break out.
