Kimonos, oh how I love thee. This is another fun Forever 21 find that I picked up during my, ahem, small haul a few weeks ago. I originally planned to wear it with my cut-off denim shorts, and still eventually will do so, but I had a meeting Wednesday evening and a dress was more appropriate for the occasion. That's the beauty of kimonos, they can quickly be added as a topper to most pieces, whether you are going for a laid back weekend look or something a little dressier for an evening out or day at the office.

Sorry for the short and sweet, but the Spurs are currently playing game two in the playoffs and I can't concentrate on much more. Plus, I have to hit the hay as soon as we win because I am spending the day with 100+ third graders at the zoo. Yep, another field trip, the last one of the year.

I have been tempted to pick up a kimono but not sure I can wear it without looking like a costume.

I have so been wanting to try a kimono but I am afraid I will look like Mrs. Roper from Three's Company! Are you too young to remember that show? You make it look so fabulous though! There is a floral kimono at Kiki LaRue that I love! I may try it out with some white denim shorts! I really love this look on you!! We are having about 3- people here for Mother's Day so I will be lifting a few fingers all weekend(: It is ok though -we do it every year and it is always fun! So now I want a kimono! You wear everything better than the F21 website! I swear! I look at things and think no way and then you wear it and it looks amazing! Ooh, I have those same heels from F21 and I love them so much! They are surprisingly comfortable and go with pretty much everything. Love your styling of the kimono here. I like the trend a lot but have yet to try it or find the right one.
