Do you ever get outfit inspiration from yourself, especially when you're shopping in your closet more than in the stores? It's been happening to me a lot lately.
I wore a very similar outfit a month ago with the same buffalo check scarf, cable knit beanie and identical color palette. It may not be the most creative remix since both looks are super similar, but I think each outfit has it's own vibe going on. What that "vibe" is, I am not quite sure, but both are comfortable, laid back and include pieces that have been well worth the "affordable" price tag.

I also must mention that the chambray I am wearing today is actually somewhat of a tunic. It's the exact length I have been searching for that didn't cost an arm and a leg. It is super soft, tucks in pants without bulk and when left untucked, a great layering piece under sweaters and wearing with leggings. Pure magic, if you ask me. It runs a little big, so I suggest sizing down.
